Marketing Specialist - Assists the Vice President of IT & Marketing in all facets of the marketing function. Responsible for developing creative and compelling content that increases credit union awareness and brand visibility while maintaining regulatory compliance and enhancing audience engagement. Writes content for website/online banking, social media, statement messages, newsletters, email campaigns, advertising flyers and other e‚Äźcommunications. Coordinates marketing activities for the Credit Union including lobby/online promotions, social media and community events. Provides support to marketing and Credit Union personnel as necessary. Projects and maintains the Credit Union's professional image. EOE.

Business Development Representative – KCT Credit Union has an immediate opening for a full-time Business Development Representative.  The successful candidate supports the Business Development Plan and assists in administrative duties including making arrangements for SEG visits and doing membership drives and participates in credit union sponsored events.  Responsible for enhancing the image of the Credit Union in both business, local communities and with individuals.  Ensures that Business Development activities support short and long term objectives of the Credit Union.  Provides support to branches and other Credit Union personnel as necessary.  Projects and maintains the Credit Union’s professional image. Member Service Representative (Aurora) - Responsible for performing a broad variety of member services such as soliciting loans or other targeted products, opening and closing accounts, and, assisting members with problems.  Responsible for originating, processing and closing applications for consumer, home equity and credit card loans.   Complies with all requirements of the SAFE Act including registering on the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. Ensures that members and prospective members are promptly and professionally served.  Performs a variety of account maintenance.

Assistant Teller Supervisor (Aurora) - Assists the Teller Services Supervisor in supervising the Teller Services Department. Implements existing policies, procedures, and systems involving teller operations. Coordinates, directs, and assigns work as needed. Answers Teller’s and Senior Teller’s questions, helps resolve more complex problems, and assists in balancing. Assists in maintaining the smooth flow of Teller lines, adequate window coverage, and supervision of Tellers, and Senior Tellers. Provides a full range of teller services (including phone and mail) to members and prospective members. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served. Cross sells Credit Union services.
