Financial Wellness

KCT strives to offer financial wellness education to all of the communities that we serve. By partnering with our Special Employee Groups, leaders and organizations within our communities, we offer this education through webinars, online events, and in-person seminars to the employees of these partners as well as the general public.

Do you want to help your employees reach their financial goals?

Improving employees’ financial wellness can lead to healthier team members, reduce absences and lower turnover rates while creating a nurturing workplace culture. We offer free financial wellness seminars such as Building a Basic Budget, Fraud and Identity Theft, Debt Management and more. We also offer many of our presentations in Spanish!
