Thank you for using KCT Online. We are launching a new online platform today. Here are some important things for you to know as we make this conversion:
Scheduled Transfers will be hidden in the current online banking platform, however they will continue to process. Starting at 9:00 AM on 12/2/2015, our current online banking platform will be set to inquiry only mode. This means you can check balances on your KCT accounts. That's it.
Users will be encouraged to use the new KCT Online Banking platform, and on 12/9/2015 the old platform will be fully decommissioned.
**Members with multiple memberships**
An email was sent to current active online banking members, with valid email addresses, on December 1. This email included your login information. If you did not receive this email, or if you have problems logging in, please call us at 847-741-3344, option 0.
Existing KCT Online Banking Users (active in the past 90 days)

Starting at 10:00 AM on 12/2/2015 you will be able to log into our new KCT Online Banking platform. Enter your member number where it says "Username" on the login page and click “Login”.
When you are prompted to enter a password, please enter your two digit birth month + two digit birth day + last 6 of your SSN (example: February 1, 123-45-6789 would be 0201456789). This is just a temporary password. You will be able to change this after you successfully log in.
With this change you will have to reestablish any email or text alerts associated with your accounts. The new platform offers better alerting options than the old platform, and in addition you will now have access to educational articles, budgeting tools, and you will be able to update your contact information within the online banking platform.
If you are a current Bill Pay user, starting at 9:00 AM on 12/2/2015, Bill Pay will not be accessible, but bills will continue to process as usual. Access will resume within the new KCT Online Banking platform on December 3..
We expect this transition to cause few, if any, minor interruptions. However, we also realize that this transtition may be difficult at first. If you have any questions, or are unable to log into the new online banking platform, please call us at 847-741-3344.
